Μὴ ἀθετεῖσθαι τὴν πίστιν τῶν πατέρων τῶν τριακοσίων δέκαοκτὼ τῶν ἐν Νικαίᾳ τῆς Βιθυνίας συνελθόντων, ἀλλὰ μένειν ἐκείνην κυρίαν· καὶ ἀναθεματισθῆναι πᾶσαν αἵρεσιν· καὶ ἰδικῶς τὴν τῶν Εὐνομιανῶν, εἴτουν Ἀνομοίων, καὶ τὴν τῶν Ἀρειανῶν, εἴτουν Εὐδοξιανῶν, καὶ τὴν τῶν Ἡμιαρειάνων, εἴτουν Πνευματομάχων, καὶ τὴν τῶν Σαβελλιανῶν, καὶ τὴν τῶν Μαρκελλιανῶν, καὶ τὴν τῶν Φωτεινιανῶν, καὶ τὴν τῶν Ἀπολλιναριστῶν. |

Non violandam esse fidem Patrum trecentorum decem et octo, qui in Nicaea Bithyniae convenerunt. Sed manere eam firmam, et anathematizari omnem haeresim, et specialiter Eunomianorum, sive Anomoeorum, et Arianorum, sive Eudoxianorum et Semiarianorum, sive Pneumatomachorum, et Sabellianorum, et Marcellianorum, et Photinianorum, et Apollinaristarum. |

δ′. Περὶ Μαξίμου τοῦ Κυνικοῦ καὶ τῆς κατ᾿ αὐτὸν ἀταξίας τῆς ἐν Κωνσταντινουπόλει γενομένης· ὥστε μήτε τὸν Μάξιμον ἐπίσκοπον ἢ γενέσθαι ἢ εἶναι, μήτε τοὺς παρ᾿ αὐτοῦ χειροτονηθέντας ἐν οἱῳδήποτε βαθμῷ κλήρου, πάντων καὶ τῶν περὶ αὐτὸν, καὶ τῶν παρ᾿ αὐτοῦ γενομένων ἀκυρωθέντων. |

De Maximo Cynico, et ejus inordinata constitutione, quae Constantinopoli facta est. Placuit Maximum neque episcopum fuisse aut esse, nec qui ab eo ordinati sunt in quocunque gradu cleri, omnibus iis quae ab illo facta sunt infirmatis. |

ε′. Περὶ τοῦ τόμου τῶν δυτικῶν, καὶ τοὺς ἐν Ἀντιοχείᾳ ἀπεδεξάμεθα τοὺς μίαν ὁμολογοῦντας Πατρὸς, καὶ Υἱοῦ, καὶ Ἁγίου Πνεύματος Θεότητα. |
In regard to the tome of the Western [Bishops], we receive those in Antioch also who confess the unity of the Godhead of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. |
Quod ad tomum attinet Occidentalium, etiam eos suscipimus qui Antiochiae unam confitentur Patris et Filii et Spiritus sancti deitatem. |
